Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 3, 2026

Bretti is built around trust. This policy explains the basic information we collect for the waitlist, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, Bretti collects the information you choose to submit: first name, email address, city, and the optional note about experiences you struggle deciding.

We may also collect basic website analytics such as page views, referral source, device type, CTA clicks, FAQ interactions, and waitlist form events so we can understand whether the site is clear and useful.

How we use information

We use waitlist information to manage early access, understand launch demand by city, prevent duplicate submissions, send product updates, and improve Bretti before public release.

Analytics are used to improve the website experience, measure conversion, and identify confusing or broken flows.

How we share information

Bretti does not sell personal information. We only share information with service providers that help us operate the waitlist website, such as Supabase for database storage, Vercel for hosting and privacy-conscious analytics, and PostHog for product analytics when configured.

We may disclose information if required to comply with the law, protect the website, or respond to valid legal requests.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use cookies or similar technologies from analytics providers to understand traffic, device type, and interaction patterns. PostHog only initializes when a PostHog key is configured.

Future Meta Pixel or Google Analytics integrations are not active in this release candidate. If they are enabled later, this policy should be updated before activation.

Data retention

We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to manage early access, operate Bretti, and communicate relevant launch updates. You can request removal from the waitlist at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your waitlist submission or update your information by emailing us from the address you used to join. You can also unsubscribe from future marketing emails when those emails include an unsubscribe option.

Security

We use reputable infrastructure providers and reasonable safeguards to protect waitlist data. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so please do not submit sensitive personal information in the optional interests field.

Children

Bretti is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Bretti moves from waitlist to early access. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
